Starting with the first bud, we ensure that the crop ripens. The creation of a multi-layered flavor of the drink begins from apricot selection.
The factory harvests apricots from the end of June to the end of July. Apricots must meet strict criteria. They must be hand-picked, ripe and overripe, and without damage.
After harvesting, the pitted fruits are juiced and fermented. In combination with the water from the drink helps to harvest the aroma. The outstanding modern technology preserves the natural scent and smell of apricots.
The distillation phase is then followed by aging in oak barrels. Abrikon brandy is made without the use of any chemical flavorings or colors.
